Tone Up Classes
Tone Up Classes are female-only, indoor group sessions with a maximum of six participants. This small group setting ensures personalised attention and a supportive environment. These classes are a powerful combination of Strength training, Pilates, and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Strength training helps build and tone muscles, pilates improves flexibility and core strength, and HIIT boosts cardiovascular health and burns calories quickly. Together, these elements create a balanced workout that enhances overall fitness, helps you tone up, and leaves you feeling strong and empowered.
Outdoor Functional Fitness
Outdoor Functional Fitness sessions are mixed-gender classes that take place in the stunning natural surroundings of Upper Swainswick, just north of Bath. These classes focus on low-skill, high-yield functional movements designed to build strength, fitness, and stamina. Functional fitness exercises mimic everyday activities, making it easier to perform daily tasks and reducing the risk of injury. These workouts are perfect for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness level, regardless of their starting point. The outdoor setting adds an extra element of enjoyment and stress relief, allowing participants to connect with nature while getting fit.
Kids Fit Camps
Kids Fitness Camps are designed to get children moving and excited about fitness. These camps combine physical and mental challenges that encourage kids to get fit and improve their strength, agility, and coordination.
