BACKGROUND...
Growing up I was keen to be involved in all kinds of sports (gymnastics, dance, trampolining and netball to name just a few) always enjoying the thrill and success of participating in team games, as well as loving the chance to let off some steam! It was through sport that I learnt to develop a positive and healthy mindset, which enabled me to become a more confident individual, motivated by challenges and empowered to achieve my goals. Since then, I have been passionate about inspiring others to get active.

I went on to study sport at uni where I gained invaluable work experience in health and fitness settings, designing fitness programmes and coaching a range of clients on a one to one and group setting basis, with a view to educating others on the benefits of nutrition and exercise in the hope that they learn to love and look after themselves, achieving a healthier and happier lifestyle.

My qualifications and experience reflect my desire to help individuals take care of themselves through exercise and healthy eating in a fun and enjoyable way.
